I seriously doubt that there is anything on these that are real, that has not already been officially released, my guess is that the rest is all home brew.
People empty other peoples pockets wile we sit back and dream of that holy grail, what was supposed to be The Man Who Fell To Earth soundtrack. On ebay these two pieces of fakers are sold for Low: £79.00 and "Heroes": £65.00 before shipping, that is disgusting!  :-@

This "Helden" label never come up with anything new, it's always copies of torrents
But nice items for those who "collect" of course, but a waste of money if you're into the music itself

I picked them both up (incorrigible collector that I am) and for far, far less than the prices above - I think I paid something like £30 for the pair.
The quality is very good, but a lot of the stuff on disc 2 of "Low" is unverifiable as they are mainly instrumentals, but still very interesting.....

I have just listened through these 2 releases and I can confirm that it is really a SCAM.
It is not only a scam, but counterfeit CDs.

The 2 releases are basically copies of the 1991 Ryko expanded releases of Low and Heroes.
The 4 mono tracks on both releases have the exact same length as the stereo versions on the official releases (Ryko 1991) and are probably homemade mono versions.

All tracks are copies of the official Ryko release except for:

Low:

CD1 #01-#04 Homemade mono versions
CD2 #06     Phillip Glass - Some Are (From the Low Symphony)
CD2 #07-#09 Buddha Of Surburbia
CD2 #10-#12 Black Tie White Noise

Heroes:

#01-#04      Homemade mono versions
#10          Sense of Doubt as background music with a person speaking Italian.
#12,#15,#16  Helden officially released versions.

Everything on these releases are released officially except for the Italian with Sense Of Doubt as background music.

These releases has a little more white noise than the original CDs, and at one place it had noise like a bad CD-rip. My guess is that it is analog copies of the original Ryko CDs and not digital, or it might even include a transfer to an analog medium like tape.

Conclusion:
STAY AWAY FROM BUYING THIS SCAM!
