There are three points (at first) You need to get a better share-ratio:

1. You need a fast internet-connection (the faster, the more You will be able to upload whilst downloading a torrent).

2. You must stay on a fresh torrent for some hours/days after You finished downloading. There are often later leechers after the torrent's first appearance, and than You can share more than downloading and jumping when You are ready.

and 3. You should not beginn downloading torrents that are older and have none or only a few leechers, the fresher a torrent is, the greater Your chance to find enough leechers for Your own share-ratio enforcement.

But don't let Your head hang down, as we have no share-ratio-control here in the moment, just take one of the next fresh torrents (even if it is one that You don't really like or need) and see what You can seed.

But again, if Your internet is not fast enough, it will be hard to push up Your ratio,
