Hi all. Does anyone know if the newly released Clareville Grove demos are from the same source as Beckenham Oddity Redux or a different recording session?

I'll have to wait for someone to upload it on YouTube as it's out of my price range

Give it a month or two and they will release them on CD at about £50.00........

Yep. Definitely a different session.
Of already released track, the Space Oddity demo version on the Ryko S&V box set is the same as the Beckenham Oddity redux while the demo version on the Space Oddity 40th anniversary is the same as the Clareville Road version.

The previously released Occasional Dream has some faux stereo imaging applied (the Space Oddity seems to have none or much less).

Ok, thanks for that. So is the date of the Claireville demos known?

I'd also be interested in an approximate date for these sessions, pre Beckenham Oddity?
Also, are the Mercury demos an official release of the Beckenham Oddity Redux session?

According to the images on Discogs, the Clareville demos were recorded in January 1969, and it's already been said that the Beckenham Oddity/Mercury demos were recorded in April 1969, can somebody confirm this please?  B)

I don't know where I'm going from here, but I promise it won't be boring.
