I've heard about an Ahoy(netherlands)soundcheck for the 2003 tour with Win in the songlist.
Has anyone heard or have this?

I'd have said that it was the track from Young Americans. Couldn't see any Ahoy visit in 2004, only Amsterdam Arena unless he used the Ahoy the day before for a soundcheck as it was the first date he played in Europe after travelling from his US tour. I think Zannaleee is right; any soundcheck is more likely to be be around 14/15 Nov 2003 as he played the Ahoy on the 15th.

I thought same as MBF went through Ahoy 2003 show then some setlists of recordings a month pre and post Ahoy  I had but Win wasn't dropped into any show must of be something for fun he done at a soundcheck if that's the Win

When I arrived at the Rotterdam Ahoy Hall in 2003 a friend who had heard the soundcheck told  me that 'Win' had been rehearsed that afternoon.

So Jean-Henri are we lucky enough you have a rehearsal tape from your friend  :)  so date 2003-10-15 mine just have show, wonder if that's what he was going to do at "song 2" and couldn't do that either, just watched a aud video to see if any rehearsals had been added as a bonus but no luck there

This friend didn't record the rehearsal, but he was absolutely sure it was 'Win' he had heard. Never seen or  heard about a recording existing of the Ahoy rehearsal. I remember 'Song 2' being performed during the concert just for fun. And it was DB who aborted the song by making a stop sign to the band.

can see Bowie having abit of a play around in White light White Heat & Ashes to Ashes  looked a full house and fun night, read in Nicholas Pegg's The complete David Bowie He also done the same with Frank Zappa's "It can't Happen Here" in Vienna & sometimes Link Ray's "Rumble" & other unscheduled excursions into diverse songs like YMCA, Puppet on a String and a few more, included in list Win
